Effective 15 October 2026
A short, plain account of what data the 7KK website receives, why it needs it and who it is shared with. Written with the GDPR (EU) and the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" in mind.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Data controller: the owner of the 7KK website, a developer who builds custom websites ("I" below). For any question about your data, message me on Telegram Telegram or email email.
2. What data I receive
- From the request form: your name, a contact (Telegram, phone or email), budget and project description. Only what you type in yourself.
- From the assistant chat: the text of your messages. If you agree to send a request through the assistant, also your name, contact and a short project summary.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser details, which the hosting provider receives automatically with every request.
I don't ask for or collect ID documents, card details or passwords. Please don't enter them in the form or chat.
3. Why, and on what legal basis
- To reply to your request, discuss the project and prepare a proposal. These are steps you asked for before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); Art. 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection").
- To answer your question in the assistant chat. Same basis: you asked the question.
- To protect the site from spam and overload by limiting the number of requests per address. This is my legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
No newsletters. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
4. Who it is shared with
The site runs on third-party services. Each one receives only what it needs to work:
- Netlify (USA): hosting for the site and its server functions.
- Telegram: requests arrive in my private messages through a bot.
- Anthropic (USA): the Claude AI model that answers in the chat. Chat messages are sent to it to get a reply. Anthropic processes them under its own policy.
- Formspree (USA): a backup way to send the form, if enabled.
Some of these services are outside the EU and Ukraine, mostly in the USA. Data is transferred to them under their data processing agreements, which the GDPR provides for transfers outside the EU.
5. What is stored in your browser
Fonts and libraries are hosted on the site itself, so your browser does not contact Google or other third parties. The site sets no tracking cookies and uses no ad trackers. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) keeps only your sound setting, the assistant chat until you close the tab, and a note that the intro has already played. You can clear all of it in your browser settings.
6. How long data is kept
I keep requests and related messages while we discuss or work on a project, and delete them when you ask. The assistant chat in your browser is deleted when you close the tab. Hosting logs are kept according to Netlify's rules.
7. Your rights
You can find out what data I have about you, get a copy, ask me to correct or delete it, restrict its processing or object to it. Message me on Telegram or by email and I will reply within one month, usually much sooner.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can complain to a supervisory authority: in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights; in the EU, the data protection authority of your country.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
